Absolutely! We simply do not charge for any quotes or call outs provided by Kichu Projects. We understand the renovation process takes time to plan and could be daunting, so we as a company will guide you on the right path and provide no obligation free consultation, measure and quote.

Kichu Projects is licensed to undertake Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry renovations in Sydney. We offer our expertise to all homes and businesses all across Sydney. Our service covers the whole renovation process from consultation to design, supply to renovation and finally handover.

Of course! We only specialise in Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry Renovations. We live and breathe renovations, our dedication and commitment is expressed through our quality work we show in our projects.  This is the reason why we have the correct license and insurance in place to carry out the works continuously. We’re covered up to $20 million dollars in Product and Public Liability and our License Number is 328738C.

At Kichu Projects we aim to help as much homeowners and businesses as much as possible to provide a seamless and easy renovation process. We provide our service all across the Sydney region.

Typically a renovation may take up to 3 – 4 weeks from the time we’ve signed on the fixed price and design contract. We will provide you with a schedule of works over the time period to keep you up to date. This procedure with keep you informed on all stages of the renovation. You’ll only have to sit back and relax and watch your ideas turn into reality.

Yes! As a company we aim to provide you a seamless one-stop shop for your renovation needs. If you require additional works outside the category of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Laundries, we’ll be able to offer you the trades you need to complete your full home renovations and project manage it for you. 

As part of our renovation process, we do have a list of suppliers you can visit to select items during the design stage. We can also handle the selection of items for you if you allow us to. As our valuable client you’re also welcome to select from your own list of suppliers. During the design stage, we will work closely with you to finalise a design you’ll love many years to come.

As part of the tendor we put together for your project, it will outline the payment types and structure. We accept ONLY payments in cash, bank transfer or EFT. Our payment structure will be outlined in the tendor and contract most suitable to you. Please see example below;

10 % Deposit – Upon signing of contract.

30% Deposit – Prior to ordering materials and demolition.

50% Progress Payment – Before commencement of fitouts.

10% Progress Payment – Upon completion of project.

Kichu Projects provides a standard 7 years warranty on workmanship of trade works by Law issued by The Department of Fair Trading and the appropriate warranties of all items and appliances provided by the manufacturer. We’ll provide you a Life Time Assistance for the Life of your Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry once the warranty expires. 

Life Time Assistance – Ongoing guidance and help regarding your Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry. ( This does not cover the cost of labour & materials).
